ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Office Manager/Executive Assistant with Dan Reichert's State Farm agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

This position is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. ** No weekends or evenings!

Compensation will include a very competitive salary, agency growth bonus, and benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
Train and mentor customer service representatives.
Work side by side with the agency owner, Dan, in an executive assistant role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
Must demonstrate leadership, organizational, and technical skills.
Communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to interact in a positive manner with other team members and public.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
I am a proud graduate of University of St. Thomas.
We have 25 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
