Work Arrangement: In-office with flexible, hybrid options based on team needs
- Follow up on assigned commercial insurance leads and referrals from internal sources
- Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
- Develop customized insurance proposals that meet each client’s unique risks and needs
- Present and close commercial policies confidently and compliantly
- Identify cross-sell opportunities with existing accounts
- Maintain and update activity in our CRM and AMS
- 2+ years of experience selling commercial insurance products, preferably in an independent agency setting
- Active Louisiana Property & Casualty license (Life & Health license a plus)
- Strong understanding of business insurance coverages (GL, BOP, WC, Commercial Auto, etc.)
- Skilled communicator and confident presenter
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage a sales pipeline independently
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern CRM and AMS platforms
- Competitive base salary
