Role Description:
As a Customer Service Team Member with Nancy Wolfe-Smiths State Farm Agency, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional customer experiences that contribute to the growth of our successful insurance agency. Your keen attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and genuine desire to assist others make you an ideal candidate for this position. In this role, you will advance your career by effectively resolving customer inquiries, collaborating with fellow team members, and proactively addressing the needs of the community members we serve.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $42,800.00 per year
