- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company objectives, including sales targets, market share goals, and operational efficiency.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and proactive customer support.

Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including teams across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Technician, Project Management and potentially other capacities ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
- Regularly review performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in Smart Home and Office Installation, Construction, or similar home services industry highly preferred
- BS/BA in Business or relevant field; MS/MA is a plus

- Must be extremely client service oriented
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Overall knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, procurement, sales, operations etc.)
- Strong technical and analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills with branch teams as well as with central Daisy team on all key initiatives, progress, issues and opportunities
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Monday - Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Competitive base salary of $115-135K, based on skills and experience
