We are looking for an experienced technician who wants to work with others at the same professional level as themselves and who can provide high-quality vehicle repairs. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.

We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama.

We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We also know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or missing shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place where everyone wants to work.

Our shop won Best Mechanic in Madison, TN, from 2021 to 2024. Since opening in 2017, we have grown our sales every year. We currently see approximately 255 cars per month, and our goal is to grow to about 325 cars per month.

Pay will vary based on ability and experience. We are a flat rate shop.

We are an independent, family-owned automotive repair and service shop located in Madison, TN. "We fix everything from the headlight to the tailpipe." Actually, mufflers only make up 4% of our business. We are a complete service shop (other than tires-there are enough folks doing tires in our area without us joining their market).
