We’re looking for motivated individuals within a 30-45 minute radius of West Jordan, UT, who are passionate about helping others and ready to take charge of their success.
About the Role: This is a remote position following a 2-week in-office training period. You’ll have the flexibility to work part-time or full-time — set your own schedule while meeting production goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with new and existing clients to offer insurance products that meet their needs
- Build strong customer relationships
- Work independently and stay motivated to reach sales goals
- Contribute to a supportive and fun office culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience preferred
- Self-motivated, go-getter mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and meet performance goals
- Must obtain appropriate insurance licensing prior to start
Compensation & Benefits:
- Performance-based pay structure
- Estimated annual earnings between $25,000–$65,000 based on production
- Bonuses based on performance
