You won’t just be managing the front desk—you’ll be the heartbeat of the salon. From greeting guests with a smile to educating them on our membership options (which truly help our guests save big!), your goal will be to make every visit smooth, special, and stress-free.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Driving membership and retail sales
- Delivering an unforgettable guest experience from the first “hello”
- Booking appointments with ease—both in person and by phone
- Maintaining a clean, calm, and beautiful front-of-house environment
- Supporting salon operations (inventory, organization, team morale!)
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or retail sales
- A positive attitude and love for helping others
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Weekend and evening availability
- Experience with MindBody software? Even better!

When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
