Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers in the insurance and financial services sectors.
- Provide expert consultation on comprehensive financial planning and a range of insurance options.
- Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and their insurance needs.
- Stay informed about market trends and the latest product offerings to better serve our clients.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experiences and drive agency growth.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
- Ability to obtain a Life and Health License.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Proven ability to achieve goals and contribute to consistent business growth.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
