Home Energy Pros is looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters. You’ll go door-to-door, speak with homeowners about our energy-saving solutions, and set up free consultations—no selling required.
What You’ll Do:
- Knock on doors in targeted neighborhoods
- Start conversations with homeowners about energy efficiency
- Set appointments for our consultants to meet with interested homeowners
What You’ll Earn:
- $7.25/hr base pay
- Commission on every job installed (earn hundreds per job)
