Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-precision components that meet strict aerospace industry standards. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of machining processes, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and routers, to manufacture aerospace components.

· Read and interpret work instruction, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate machining.

· Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure compliance with tolerances and specifications.

· Monitor machine operations to maintain production efficiency and quality.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.

· Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machining processes and improve production efficiency.

· Document and record production data, including machine performance and any deviations from specifications.

· Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of CNC operations and aerospace manufacturing.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

· Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.

Working Conditions:

· This position may require standing for extended periods and lifting heavy materials.

· Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and tools.
