What You'll Do:

  • Build relationships with insurance agents, realtors, and create your own network

  • Build trust with homeowners and educate them about their roofing needs

  • Perform roof inspections and document findings

  • Sell roof repairs and replacements with a solution-first mindset

  • Follow up, close deals, and help guide projects to completion

  • Represent Riley’s Roofing with integrity, professionalism, and energy

  • Be a foundational part of our residential team — with a clear path to running your own team, if that’s where you want to go

What You Need:

  • Grit and resilience — this job isn’t for the faint of heart

  • A hunger to grow personally and professionally

  • A clean, confident communication style

  • Self-motivation and time management — you own your results

  • Bonus if you have roofing or construction experience, but not required
