What You’ll Do as Director
Leadership & Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the school with professionalism and heart
- Uphold all state licensing, NAEYC, and Goddard brand standards
- Develop and implement effective policies and systems
Team Building & Staff Development
- Recruit, onboard, and lead an outstanding team of educators
- Conduct staff evaluations and promote continuous professional growth
- Foster a collaborative, respectful, and positive workplace culture
Curriculum Excellence
- Ensure implementation of a dynamic, high-quality educational program
- Support teachers in creating developmentally appropriate and engaging lesson plans
- Monitor classroom performance and child progress
Family & Community Engagement
- Build trusting, communicative relationships with families
- Address parent concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Represent the School within the community through events and outreach
Financial & Business Management
- Manage the School’s budget with accuracy and foresight
- Optimize resource allocation for educational and operational excellence
Health & Safety Leadership
- Champion a safe and healthy learning environment
- Lead emergency preparedness and safety protocols
- Ensure facility cleanliness and compliance with health regulations

Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field
- Strong knowledge of child development and best practices in early learning
- Proven experience as a team leader or director in a licensed childcare setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A strategic thinker with a solution-focused mindset
- A genuine passion for children, families, and early education
