Who We’re Looking For:
A motivated Bilingual Sales Rep with a passion for people and a drive to succeed. If you’re already licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health with the California Department of Insurance, that’s a big plus — but if you’re not yet, we’re willing to help the right person get there!

You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are bilingual in Spanish and English
- Love talking to people and building relationships
- Have previous sales or customer service experience
- Are already licensed in P&C or Life & Health (or willing to get licensed soon)
- Are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and love being part of a positive, supportive team
- Want to grow within the industry and build a meaningful career
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reaching out to new and existing customers
- Having real conversations to help people understand their coverage needs
- Quoting and selling insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.)
- Following up on leads and helping the agency grow
- Being part of a team that values integrity, customer care, and real results

Compensation: $41,600.00 - $62,400.00 per year
