- Answer inbound client inquiries regarding billing, coverage, claims, and policy changes.
- Make proactive outbound calls to current and prospective clients to offer additional products.
- Assist with quoting and binding auto, home, and other personal lines policies.
- Participate in training sessions and help contribute to knowledge sharing with the team.
- Develop understanding of products and sales strategies.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Property/Casualty insurance license (must obtain within 60 days of hire).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client interactions daily.
- Strong phone and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
- High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
