- Collaborate with Advanced Swim Program coaches to develop and improve training for Advanced Swim Program Coaches
- Oversee and supervise Advanced Swim Program skills progress and reporting
- Lead continuous improvement of Advanced Swim Program content and procedures
- Follow implementation plans for any improvements
- Hold Monthly Team Check-ins with Coaches to gather feedback and brainstorm improvements
- Coordinate 2 Mock Swim Meets per scheduling session
- Coordinate with family members via Jackrabbit communication
- Coordinate with team members and collaborate on swim meet organization
- Weekly management check-ins with Leadership team to communicate wins and concerns and keeping up to date with daily and weekly WSA operations
- $19-25/hour based on experience
Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Wisconsin Swim Academy is an elite learn to swim program that is dedicated to providing lifesaving Wim lessons to families in our community. We take the time to build trust and foster relationships so we can provide more than just a swim lesson.
