  • Collaborate with Advanced Swim Program coaches to develop and improve training for Advanced Swim Program Coaches 
  • Oversee and supervise Advanced Swim Program skills progress and reporting 
  • Lead continuous improvement of Advanced Swim Program content and procedures 
  • Follow implementation plans for any improvements 
  • Hold Monthly Team Check-ins with Coaches to gather feedback and brainstorm improvements 
  • Coordinate 2 Mock Swim Meets per scheduling session  
  • Coordinate with family members via Jackrabbit communication 
  • Coordinate with team members and collaborate on swim meet organization 
  • Weekly management check-ins with Leadership team to communicate wins and concerns and keeping up to date with daily and weekly WSA operations 
  • $19-25/hour based on experience 
 


 


 
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
