State Farm Insurance Agent Located in Brattleboro, VT is seeking a few REALLY NICE people to assist us in our mission to provide exceptional Customer Service. This opportunity may be ideal for individuals who would like to work between 8 - 16 hours a month, on a non-scheduled / on-call basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Basic telephone skills, provide warm and friendly Customer Service to in-office customers.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
