Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our successful Wellness office. As a Massage Therapist, you will tailor massage treatments to your patient's individual needs and health goals. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of massage styles, possess a deep knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a holistic wellness team.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage and body treatments
- Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy
- Maintain accurate records of each session
- Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals
- Ensure a clean and safe facility
- Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy
- Capable of performing a Therapeutic Massage which includes some deep tissue and Swedish
- Prenatal and MFR massage modalities helpful, but at least willing to receive in house training for them.
- Strongly service oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting
- High level of ethics and integrity.
- A passion for helping people feel their best.
Compensation: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
