Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective customers to offer our award-winning products and services
  • Create custom solutions and proposals for prospective customers
  • Communicate the benefits of doing business with our Agency & State Farm
  • Build a loyal following of customers who refer you to their friends and family based on the exceptional service you provide

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

  • Ability to work in a team environment and get along with others
Required Background

  • We expect that you have previously worked in an office setting (Banking, HealthCare Admin, etc); or that you have worked in retail sales (cell phone, vehicle, cable, or tele-sales)
  • Recent college graduates also welcome to apply

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
