As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kristie Babcock - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. You must already have Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses AND have experience working for a State Farm Agent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses AND have experience working for a State Farm Agent.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
