Position Summary:
The Senior Member Coordinator plays a vital role in driving the performance, culture, and overall success of the SPENGA Sugar Land studio. This role includes overseeing daily operations, supporting staff development, driving membership sales, and ensuring an exceptional member experience. In many cases, the Assistant Manager will also serve as the Sales Manager, responsible for membership growth and local business development.

This role includes overseeing daily operations, supporting staff development, driving membership sales, and ensuring an exceptional member experience. In many cases, the Assistant Manager will also serve as the Sales Manager, responsible for membership growth and local business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and exceed membership sales and client retention goals.
- Oversee daily studio operations, staff scheduling, supply ordering, and facility cleanliness.
- Lead, coach, and motivate front desk and instructor teams to deliver a best-in-class member experience.
- Actively sell memberships, retail products, and special offers.
- Support community outreach and partnerships to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the studio.
- Plan and execute studio events to promote member engagement and brand awareness.
- Submit accurate and timely operational and performance reports.
- Serve as a passionate SPENGA ambassador both in and outside of the studio.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven success in sales roles—experience in fitness or high-end retail preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High level of organization and accountability.
- Positive, upbeat, and energetic personality.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work morning and evening shifts as needed.
- Eagerness to learn and embrace SPENGA’s unique fitness philosophy.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
