Job Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one nursing care in the home setting, in accordance with physician orders
- Perform skiled nursing care through tasks such as wound care, enteral feedings, injections, and medication administration as well as other essential clinical duties.
- Provide compassionate, attentive care to address each client’s physical, emotional, and medical needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring full compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Active, unemcumbered RN license
- Experience in home health, acute care, or long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical skills and sound nursing judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Ability to pass a drug screen

Compensation: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
