What does an Accounting Clerk with Paul Davis do?

Fields calls from customers and team members and build rapport
Accounts Receivable invoicing and collections
Problem solves and helps people find solutions
Responsible for Journal Entries and General Ledger Account Reconcilations
Maintain Accounts Payable files
Process weekly Accounts Payable
Has fun and is part of a growing business
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems

Construction Industry knowledge experience required
Associates Degree in Accounting required
Prior accounting experience
Experience with Quickbooks Desktop and RMS software a plus
Strong Excel, Word, email, and other relevant computer skills

Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
