We are seeking a dependable and detail-driven Cleaning Services Manager to lead janitorial operations within a commercial facility. This position is well-suited for a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, a hands-on approach, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment. You will be required to step in and cover shifts. Flexibility and a willingness to support the team as needed are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations
Delegate tasks and manage staff schedules
Manage procurement and inventory levels of cleaning materials and equipment to ensure operational efficiency
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards
Lead and support the team to ensure high performance

Compensation: $3,400.00 - $5,200.00 per month
