7. Responsibilities of the job.
- Proficient surface preparation techniques
- Expert application of paint using various methods (brush, roller, spray)
- Detailed attention to quality
- Ability to execute the work order on time or ahead of time
- Strong understanding of paint types and materials
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to work as a team or independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Adherence to safety protocols
- Demonstrating mastery in all aspects of painting
- Alignment to company goals, policies and core values
8. Any other requirements.
- Valid Driver's license
- Reliable transportation
