Patriot Heating and A/C is a well-established residential HVAC and plumbing provider based in Shawnee, KS. We’re looking for an experienced President to help lead our next stage of growth.
This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong HVAC background and proven operational expertise. You’ll oversee daily operations, while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage company operations, ensuring strong performance across all departments
- Drive business effectiveness, profitability, and long-term growth
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members
- Set and track sales, service, and productivity goals
- Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions
- Work cross-functionally to improve scheduling, communication, and service delivery
- Drive marketing initiatives to support targeted residential campaigns
- Analyze business performance and contribute to strategic planning and budgeting
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a leadership or executive role within the service industry (HVAC or plumbing experience preferred)
- Proven experience managing technician teams; familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Strong understanding of budgeting, business finance, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to coach, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Master license holder preferred.
