We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven RTD Sales Representative to join our team in the San Diego area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our range of ready-to-drink products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our diverse range of RTD’s to bars, restaurants and retail establishments in the San Diego areas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand market presence within the San Diego region.
- Conduct regular product presentations and tastings to educate clients about our RTD offerings.
- Participate in weekend events, festivals and tastings to showcase our RTD portfolio and engage with consumers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or RTD industry.
- Strong knowledge of the San Diego market and its retail landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize and meet sales targets
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings for events, promotions or meetings with distributors.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be 21 years of age.
