ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Alex Mora - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work on internet leads
- Develop your own leads from referrals and circles of influence
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience of sales with State Farm Insurance
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health license is required
- Proven sales track record
- Need to have a private space to work from home
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Orange.
- Our office is open Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Closed on Weekends..
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2007.
- We currently have 10 team members at our agency.
- We have 110 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, Senior Vice President's Club, National Quality Award, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish
