Russo Landscapes is growing and we’re looking for a creative, motivated, and client-focused Landscape Design & Sales Associate to join our team! This role blends design, sales, and client interaction to bring stunning outdoor spaces to life.

🔧 What You'll Do
- Meet with clients on-site to understand project goals
- Create and present landscape designs (softscape & hardscape)
- Generate estimates and close sales
- Manage your own sales pipeline from consultation to contract
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure project success
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Knowledge of horticulture, softscape, and hardscape design
- Understanding of grading and drainage principles
- Sales experience and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- English (required), Spanish (preferred)
💰 Compensation

Total potential: $70,000–$112,000+
- Base Salary: $40,000
- Commission: $30,000–$72,000+ (performance-based)
