Position Overview:
We’re hiring self-motivated, coachable Insurance Advisors to help clients secure the protection they need. Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, if you can connect with people, follow a proven system, and close—this is a platform to thrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Run virtual consultations via phone or Zoom
- Match clients with the right life, health, and retirement plans
- Use our CRM, quoting tools, and underwriting software to guide each sale
- Manage and follow up with your personal sales pipeline
- Work company-provided leads—or self-generate for higher payouts
- Partner with our team to get same-day approvals
Compensation & Perks:
- Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time)

- Uncapped commissions – top agents earn $8K–$10K/week

Who You Are:
- Natural communicator with strong sales instincts
- Organized, driven, and goal-oriented

- Fast learner with a winning mindset
Bonus If You Have:
- Insurance, solar, or real estate sales experience
- Life or Health Insurance license
- Spanish fluency
