About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at OM Group Wingstop in Rogers, MN, as a Cashier! In this exciting role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area.
- Manage cash drawer and ensure all financial transactions are balanced.
- Provide menu information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
