About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
Process transactions quickly and efficiently using the POS system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
Assist with menu item recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
Handle cash and credit transactions securely and responsibly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Support inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
