Join Aire Serv of the Sioux Empire as an Outbound Sales/Rehash Specialist, where you’ll play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and re-engaging past clients. We’re looking for a passionate individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment and is eager to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional HVAC services in Sioux Falls, SD.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and rehash past customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage sales pipeline effectively.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored HVAC solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing outreach and conversion rates.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients over the phone.
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a sales career.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
