Our mission is To Honor God Through Restoring Lives and Building Futures, and that starts with investing in our people. Choose a workplace where your values align with your work, and where every day is an opportunity to grow, serve, and succeed.

Does the Following Describe You?
We are looking for a humble, hungry, and smart individual who embodies our core values, maintains a positive attitude, and fosters strong relationships through approachability and teamwork. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and driven—someone who brings structure and leadership to every project.

Who We Want
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager—a strong communicator and strategic thinker who thrives on managing timelines, budgets, and people while ensuring every project is executed to the highest standard. You are resourceful, proactive, and a team-first leader who brings clarity to complexity and never compromises on integrity.

What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager based out of our corporate office (DFW), you’ll be responsible for managing large-scale commercial construction projects across the country. This is a national role that will require frequent and extended travel to job sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the highest standards of safety and quality.

  • Lead project planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish.
  • Read, interpret, and manage contract requirements, change orders, payment applications, and reporting.
  • Oversee project schedules, field production, and communication between superintendents and stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality assurance, safety, and cleanliness of project sites.
  • Work directly with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal staff to address issues and drive resolutions.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and cost tracking documentation.
  • Evaluate and approve subcontractor invoices and cost submissions in collaboration with the field team.
  • Maintain compliance with company standards and expectations for documentation, reporting, and professional conduct.
Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Strong ability to read and manage contracts, budgets, and schedules.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and team members.
  • Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously (ground-up, industrial, TI, retail).
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Procore and MS Project (or similar).
  • OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred:

  • Degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with forecasting, cost control, and change order processes.
  • Background in client-facing roles and working closely with design professionals.
  • Deep knowledge of commercial construction methods, safety standards, and industry practices.
