Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Cashier / Expediter to join our team. This role is responsible for providing friendly service to guests, accurately processing orders and payments, and ensuring that food orders are prepared and delivered quickly and correctly. Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system
- Answer questions about menu items and provide recommendations
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy
Order Coordination / Expediting
- Review completed orders for accuracy before handing them to guests
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner
- Communicate clearly with team members to maintain efficient service flow
- Maintain organization of the pickup and service areas
Operational Support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area
- Restock supplies such as cups, napkins, condiments, and packaging
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Assist team members during busy periods to maintain smooth operations
Qualifications
- Must be 18yrs old or older.

1 - 2 years previous restaurant service experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to multi-task and move with a sense of urgency.

Compensation: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
