Job Summary
We are looking for Resident in Counseling to join our team! You will play a crucial role in evaluating patients, developing individual treatment plans, and providing therapy to military members, veterans, law enforcment and first responders.  

Responsibilities 
  • Implement standards of care for counselors 
  • Participate in clients’ plans of care.
  • Perform client evaluations and help develop a treatment plan
  • Assess the psychosocial status of the clients
  • Make follow-up sessions to assess and continue the plans of care
  • Plan interventions based on client's needs and findings 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in counseling
  • Experience in therapy and counseling, including virtual care
  • An active Virginia license as a Resident in Counseling 
  • Military culture, law enforcement or first respondor competency

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
