Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Develop innovative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Train and mentor bar staff on cocktail preparation and customer service excellence.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create harmonious food and drink pairings.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance their bar experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest engagement.
- Ability to manage inventory and financial aspects of bar operations.
- Certification in bartending or relevant licenses preferred.
