Who We Want
We are seeking an Operations Manager who can direct and manage all local operational activities, including mitigation, demolition, and restoration services. You will lead a dedicated team of professionals, oversee logistics and job site execution, and act as a liaison between field operations and leadership. This role demands urgency, accountability, and a high degree of customer-facing professionalism.

What You’ll Do
This is a local leadership position responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operational functions while being on-call on a rotational basis. You must be able to mobilize within 1–2 hours when required and effectively manage staff, materials, and equipment to meet client and project demands.

  • Lead daily operational activities, ensuring employee performance and accountability.
  • Mobilize quickly to local job sites and respond to emergency service needs.
  • Serve on an on-call rotation and remain flexible for urgent response situations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and project safety standards are upheld.
  • Coordinate labor, material, and equipment mobilization with urgency and precision.
  • Assist sales and estimation teams with walk-throughs and project assessments.
  • Identify and mitigate job site safety hazards; enforce OSHA and EPA regulations.
  • Maintain organized inventory of local equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Cultivate a team culture rooted in professionalism, performance, and integrity.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by senior leadership.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Degree in Business, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience.
  • Proven experience in construction, restoration, or mitigation operations.
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices, safety regulations, and team leadership.
  • Experience with administrative, estimating, and project management software.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic operational demands.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred:

  • Relevant certifications in construction or mitigation (IICRC, OSHA, etc.).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience managing teams and on-call emergency response operations.
