Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9a-5p
Salary: Starting at $75,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Position Overview
ServiceNet is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing innovative mental health and human services across Western Massachusetts. We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment operations with vision, professionalism, and strategic insight. The ideal candidate will be an experienced recruitment leader, adept at fostering strong partnerships, promoting a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, and building high-performing teams. This role requires a thoughtful communicator who can navigate complex conversations with professionalism and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Leadership: Direct daily operations of the recruitment team, optimize workflows, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure excellence in talent acquisition.

Strategic Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for specialized roles in human services, clinical care, and nursing.

Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience: Champion a smooth, timely, and respectful hiring process that reflects ServiceNet’s values and commitment to quality service.

Team Supervision and Development: Mentor, support, and guide the recruitment team; ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards.

Workforce Planning Collaboration: Partner with leadership and departmental managers to align staffing strategies with organizational goals and future workforce needs.
Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment required
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a recruitment team
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment best practices, and employment law compliance
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related recruitment technologies
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience recruiting within healthcare, human services, non-profit, or clinical sectors strongly preferred
