We are currently seeking an experienced Multifacility Manager to join our team and oversee cleaning operations across multiple facilities.
Job Summary:
The Multifacility Manager will be responsible for managing daily cleaning operations and ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and disinfection are met across all assigned locations. This role involves direct supervision of up to 40+ employees, routine scheduling, and maintaining the effective execution of cleaning protocols. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in cleaning management within educational facilities, as well as specialized knowledge in floor care, including stripping and waxing, and carpet cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee cleaning operations for multiple educational facilities.
- Supervise a team of 40+ cleaning staff, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Develop and implement routine cleaning schedules to ensure optimal cleanliness and disinfection.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess cleaning quality and address any issues.
- Ensure all cleaning staff are trained in proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Maintain and oversee inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff to address concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding cleaning and disinfection.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a cleaning management role, specifically with educational facilities.
- Strong experience in floor cleaning, including stripping and waxing, and carpet cleaning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and employees.
- Ability to respond to on-call emergencies and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
