Key Responsibilities:
- Canvass designated neighborhoods to generate leads and set appointments for roofing inspections.
- Educate homeowners about our roofing services, benefits, and special promotions.
- Distribute marketing materials and answer basic questions about the company’s offerings.
- Collect customer information and document interactions accurately.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-up and conversion of leads.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation goals.
- Represent the company professionally with a positive and friendly attitude.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or customer service preferred but not required. We will teach the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and able to handle rejection professionally.
- Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Willingness to learn and adapt to sales techniques and company guidelines.
