Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot customer issues with our various services and applications
- Respond to calls, chats, and emails from customers and prospects
- Process requests through our help desk application
- Update and document info in our CRM
- Delegate calls to the appropriate salesperson
- Educate customers on our products, services, and processes

What We Do
At Scope Technologies, we are revolutionizing the building measurement and estimating SaaS space. We focus on providing precise, cost-effective, and prompt building measurement takeoff reports. We cater to a diverse clientele, including Contractors, Distributors, Manufacturers, P&C Insurance Companies, Adjusters, Architects, Engineers, and many others.
