We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined Helper/Apprentice Electrician to support our team with residential generator installations and general electrical work. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within the electrical trade.
We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined Helper/Apprentice Electrician to support our team with residential generator installations and general electrical work. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within the electrical trade.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with residential generator installation and maintenance
- Help troubleshoot and diagnose generators and ATS switches under supervision
- Support mechanical and electrical tasks for residential systems
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Learn and adhere to electrical codes and safety standards
- Follow instructions from licensed electricians and supervisors
- Handle tools and materials required for the job
Qualifications:
- Some experience or education in the electrical field preferred
- Mechanically and electrically inclined
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
