Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audits of hotel transactions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor hotel security and safety protocols throughout the night.
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Utilize hotel management software to manage reservations and billing processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in hotel management software and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
Compensation: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
