We're looking for a driven Salesperson specializing in Lutron Shades to help clients transform their homes with the latest in automated window treatments.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Work with homeowners, designers, and builders to specify and sell custom Lutron shading systems
✅ Provide in-home consultations, recommend tailored shading solutions, and close high-end sales
✅ Partner with our in-house design and install teams for seamless project execution
✅ Stay current on Lutron innovations and emerging automation trends
What You Bring:
✔️ Sales experience in home design or luxury home products
✔️ Knowledge of Lutron shades and automation systems (or willingness to train)
