What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities
- Educate clients on insurance products and recommend tailored coverage
- Build strong, lasting client relationships through proactive communication
- Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese speakers (required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year

About Our Agency
- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Danbury.
- Our office is open 9-5 and saturdays 9-noon.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
- We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
- We have 25 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Senior Vice President's Club
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish
