Part-Time | Approximately 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., 4–5 days per week
We’re looking for a dependable, organized Account Associate to help keep our sales-focused insurance office running smoothly. This part-time role is a good fit for someone who enjoys supporting a team, communicates professionally, and takes pride in following through on details.
The anticipated schedule offers consistent hours during the school day. Insurance experience is welcome, but it is not required; strong previous work experience and a willingness to learn matter most.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and day-to-day support to the sales team.
- Help organize information, maintain accurate records, and track follow-up items.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and other office tasks as needed.
- Keep work moving by noticing what needs attention and following through.
