ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Team Member for Noe Garcia State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. Some of our objectives are to get customers back to how they were before a claim and to make sure our customers are properly covered in case of the unexpected. You grow our agency through meaningful customer conversations and acting as the middle person between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively making suggestions on products they may need and services.

My office has been open since January 1, 2008, and is located in front of the Wal-Mart on the W Loop 338. Prior to that I was a police officer for 11 years here in Odessa.  I take pride in having the ability to help my community in any way possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Able to obtain Life & Health license within 45 days of employment. 
  • Able to obtain Property & Casualty license within 90 days of employment. 
  • Bilingual preferred but not necessary. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred but not necessary.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
