Seeking a skilled and motivated JavaScript Developer to play a crucial role in modernizing agency's internal productivity and scheduling applications, rebuilding and replacing the existing legacy ColdFusion applications with modern, efficient, and user-friendly solutions using JavaScript and related technologies.
Key Skills Required:
- JavaScript
- Front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, or modern vanilla JavaScript).
- core JavaScript concepts and modern ECMAScript (JavaScript, JScript, and ActionScript) standards
- asynchronous programming and working with APIs (RESTful, etc.).
- HTML5 and CSS3
- version control systems, preferably Git
- back-end JavaScript frameworks and runtimes (e.g., Node.js, Express)
- MySQL
- testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
- Agile
- GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience migrating legacy applications to modern technologies
- ColdFusion
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
