What This Role Looks Like:
As a Licensed Service Professional, you’ll work directly with new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer personalized insurance solutions. You'll be part educator, part advisor, and part problem-solver—no cold calling, just real conversations that make a difference.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Engage with customers, continuously identifying opportunities for cross selling and retention.
- Help customers choose the right insurance protection based on their goals
- Follow up consistently and build lasting relationships with clients
- Assist with quotes, policy questions, and coverage reviews
- Serve as a trusted advisor for life’s "what ifs"
- Create a positive, professional customer experience
Who We're Looking For:
- You enjoy connecting with people and helping them feel confident in their decisions
- You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
- You have experience in customer service, banking, mortgage, or retail sales
- You're coachable, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a rewarding career
- You’re comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License Required- Will License the right individual

- Base Salary $39,000-$44,000/Annual Plus Commissions
