Join our dynamic team at Paul Davis Restoration of Regina SK as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and support while contributing to a positive office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for project management.
- Assist with invoicing and billing processes as needed.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and office organization.
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming office environment.
- Contribute to team efforts by collaborating on special projects.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
